It'd be better if the developer allowed importing of custom objects, textures, and made manipulating the walls & windows better. ![]() It's one thing to have a contractor show you some plans, but it's a totally different universe to be able to walk around in the space before it exists and get true depth perception! We found it best to map the space, delete the walls we don't want, then go outside in a large open area and walk around in it. Since you did, my wife has been able to visualize and "feel" the space we hope to create in our new kitchen. It's got it's issues for sure, many that are frustrating, but without this guy's efforts I'd have nothing like this. For what it is, it's pretty damn impressive. Then I was pretty happy with where it was going in it's current beta stages that I just decided the $7 was more than worth it. First I downloaded a version (unpaid) to try it out. I have spent the last 6 days since you wrote this comment experimenting with the custom home mapper app.
